You car information shows Year: 2006 (06)
You ask for 2010 so I will point you towards the fuse box for a 2010 - here
You will probably be interested in F4. Daytime running lights (20A) because the 2010 C3 had an option for DRL and this is accommodated in the engine bay fuse box.
But of that is not useful, then pick any of the fuses that are live with the ignition (by using the device) and you will have your feed and link to it with this blade link.

Thankyou for your help lights work great ive changed my car i did have a c3 2006 now have new shape 2010 sorry if this got confusing.
