Recently there has been a difference between the milage recorded on my trip milage and the odometer in my C3. I usually record the odometer reading and reset the trip meter when I fill up with fuel. Over about one tank the difference is usually about 10 miles. Not a big problem, but I would have thought the trip milage data would be from the same source as the odometer? Any ideas?

I was under the understanding the ODO gets the data from the BSI, and the trip gets calculated by the speedo and don't understand how the discrepancy could arise. Its a mystery to me :?
