hi i just had diagnostics done on my car citroen c3 2002 1.4sx bsi: permanent fault. communication fault with top of column computer:local

does this mean I need a new bsipls reply asap many thanks

Unfortunately it doesn't work like that. The error description points you to the area to check.

It looks like you are missing some of the error code, but anyway, going by the description, I would suggest it means;

You need to test the communication or wiring from the BSI to the COM2000 including the BSI and the COM2000 units themselves.

Not easy as there is a lot of bus (CAN/VAN), but a visual inspection may just pay off.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)

it was the fuse 4 damned thing x

Thanks for updating us.

Fuse 4 also does the radio and clock, if you had said the radio didn't work, it would have led to F4 a bit more quickly ;)
