i am repairing a misfire diagnostic. chaning sparks and coils. i would like clarification on which is which. diag states misfire on cylinder 2. so i am changing all 4 spark plugs and the coil pack on cylinder 2. .......when i know which one is cylinder 2!! :D :D :D :D

Hi , they are numbered back to front, having number 1 cylinder at the gearbox end and number 4 cylinder at the camshaft pulley end.

The spark plugs can tell you a lot about the state of your engine.

If possible can you take a photo of the plug electrode ends and post it here? Preferably in line #4 to #1 (left to right).
