Clutch kit, with the pressure plate, friction plate and a release bearing.cactuz wrote:Hey guys absolute mechanical novice here but I'm stubborn and determined. I've bought a new clutch for my c3 as my clutch has gone. My mechanic wanted £350 to fit one. The clutch I purchased is LUK one. Any advice or guides on fitting it? Or if anyone is in the wiltshire area and wouldn't mind doing it for cash that would be ideal! Cheers guys
You can do this yourself if you have plenty of time and some tools.
Use this link to a C3 Haynes manual on amazon and you can see what is involved, which special tools are needed, if you are up to the job and if £350 is a good price for the work required.
