Hi aliislekzade

There are 3 outputs per side, windscreen, face and feet.

Do you have a problem with the air conditioning on all three outputs for the drivers side?

Left or right hand drive may also help ;)

I would make sure the a/c system is functioning correctly, that the refrigerant is fully topped up firstly.

I can't see any where in the blower system that would still allow the blower to move air but not cool one side down if the a/c was engaged. The control and blower acts on both sides together, there is no split system on a 2004. So I would imagine that either there is some major mechanical damage behind the centre console or the a/c refrigerant is only cooling part of the heat exchanger.

This is a diagram of some of the mechanical parts behind the centre console for the blower and air distribution. It doesn't show the air con heat exchanger, but its in there somewhere too.

F1 Autocentres have a machine that can drain and refill the refrigerant with the correct quantity, so you know its right.

On my c3 there is a noise just after you press the AC button. The noise comes from in the vents like something is being shifted/altered and then cold air starts to flow. It may be that there is something that flips or changes to allow the air con air through but is stuck or not working on the drivers side.
