hi so sorted most things out only problem is heater blower not working ,if I put bsi in showroom mode it works ,back in customer mode nothing ive had a good look through menues and can only find aircon but no mention of heater blower anywhere,i switched all aircon options on but still nothing ive checked motor ,fine resistor pack fine, switch fine ,fuse fine but no power to it .if I put power to the fuse , it works as normal,im assuming its somewhere in the bsi or fuse box.lexia says bsi fault but no location ive narrowed it down to probably the bsm fusebox relay not working for some reason.is there a way that lexia can check the heater circuit thanks regard George

Can you follow the menus down to the fault?welly24 wrote:.lexia says bsi fault but no location
Screen shots can help show us what you can see.

there is only air con showing and its inactive ive activated aircon in all settings in all ways and nothing ,no heaters or motor or clim regulee or any load test or anything shown in any menu I have spent 2 hours looking through menu and only air con shown which it doesn't have ,if I put bsi in showroom mode heaters work fine.problem I cant take a screen shot as I'm using lexia on a netbook and the screen is too short to show all keys and options and keeps freezing when I try to go back in menu.regards George

its french climate control, if that helps?welly24 wrote:clim regulee
I don't have a screen or info about any C3 lexia parts that don't have A/C or CC. I didn't think there are that many C3s that don't have either fitted... Maybe someone else can screen shot lexia and no A/C or CC blower motor screens for testing or configuration?
How strange, maybe you have a different BSI to everyone else?welly24 wrote:any load test or anything shown in any menu
You can follow the menu on the top of my screen shots to guide you through the lexia program.
That's a shame, I gave you a link with instructions on how to do itwelly24 wrote:I cant take a screen shot

ok so far the heaters and rear screen power supply is operated by the engine bay fuse box, there is a relay that is operated by the bsm when it senses a voltage increase when the engine starts switching the relay on and putting power to fuse 18 ,as I don't have a citroen engine or ecu I don't have the voltage increase to the bsi,i haven't worked out where it comes from or goes to yet as I don't have any wiring diagrams but I'm getting there

sorted electrics had to mod the fuse box but it works ,caused by a combination of things no ecu or engine so no signal from alternator to ecu then to bsm control unit to relay ,central locking dash button and hazard switch didn't work due to no citroen clocks

@welly24 You mention you had an issue with the ecu, fusebox and signals for the alternator and so wonder what modifications you did to get the charging circuit sorted?
Also, as a general question with regards the BSI reset how do you know when the reset has been successful should you carry out the battery disconnection, side lights etc method?
