Is this realistic please ... published figure are much better (aren't they always).

New car so I probably messed around a bit testing out it's performance, high acceleration and high speed a couple of times, tried out cruise control, in this weather had aircon on high most of the time, but didn't think these things would make this much difference, any observations ?

Hi Roger. I suppose you could reset the MPG and try a sensible 45 Mph in top with no accelerating to see if you can get close to the official figures?

Booting it does hammer the fuel.

You can also get the instantaneous fuel consumption that could help you find the 'sweet spot' for performance.
