Good morning people. Looking for some info. Recently bought a c3 1.4 vti vtr+. It was cheap as the timing chain is rattling round like a good un. I ordered a new timing chain kit then went to order the timing tools but I couldn't find any for my engine code (8fp) but could find tools for a 8fs and various engines from Peugeot and mini that all have the prince engine. Are there any differences? Will any timing tools fit long as it's for a prince engine? Tia

Hi
Yes, I think your will find it's the same tools for that engine.
The confusion comes from the engine designation like 8FS and 8FP. Its the same engine as I can see. But they change the designation on which manufacturers car it was fitted in. Same engine, different marque.
