Hi, In june last year i bought a 2005 1.4 SX, it has 30,000 miles. When i took it for a test drive i noticed the biting point for the clutch was a lot higher than my Corsa, I asked the sales guy and he said it was normal (didnt belive him). Because the car had a years warranty anyway i decided to buy. My questions are,

Is the biting point on the C3 clutch higher than most cars?,

Can the clutch pedal be adjusted like my old Volvo?,

Hello mjc,
I asked the sales guy and he said it was normal (didnt believe him)
This post may be of use to you:

Basically it says that the C3 clutch is quite high, hydraulic and self adjusting (so its not adjustable like your old Volvo).
