2 questions for a new Citroen C3 2017

Hi,

I am new to Citroen and especially to C3. I bought mine, new 2017 C3 a month ago, a 1.2 Petrol with 82 PS.

So I got 2 questions:

1. I can feel on my gas pedal that when I pass 40 km/h it makes some kind of a click. It's like something is turned on but I don't know what it could be
2. When I turn off the car I can usually hear a noise doing something like closing everything. Last night it was stuck. I could hear it every 2-3 seconds. It makes a click under the hood (near the battery) and that noise of like closing something near the left wheel on the back.

Are you hearing the doors locking automatically at a set speed?

Yeah, that happens immediately when I start driving. None of the questions are related to the door locks because the sounds and feelings are different
