1.4i has Intermittent lack of power

I've a citroen c3 desire 1.4i

car starts up ok but when setting off it's underpowered and have to drive along slowly until power kicks back in,

then it's ok until left for hrs and then problem returns : ((

I would start off by grabbing all the codes, clearing all the codes out and going through the start up and drive around procedure. Then make a second run of getting the codes and post them here.

2 questions,

What year is the car, and is it due for a service?



The tool to get the codes is an OBD Scanner tool



or use the lexia tool which requires a large amount of messing around and pc head scratching to get working, but gives you the most information and has to be considered the ultimate Citroen C3 diagnostic tool.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)
