Hiya, I'm in need of a little help if possible,
I have a 1.4 diesel 2003 C3 Delphi injection system, that does not start, I've connected it to DiagBox and the fault code that remains in the engine ECU is P0102 MAF, its had a maf fitted still the same, all wiring seams ok,
Its shows good pump pressure (300+) and a cranking signal but the injector voltage does not change when monitored in diagbox,
Any help please

Hi fred39
Immo/Immobiliser will stop the injectors from firing, check the immobiliser in lexia/diagbox.
Changed the BSI?, ECU or keyfob?
What's the history with the car?
MAF fault is unlikley to inhibit the car from starting, if you think the MAF is an issue in running, try disconnecting it to enable the 'default' settings for MAF.P0102 MAF, its had a maf fitted still the same,

I tryed with MAF disconnected as most cars still run with them faulty, as for immobilizer I looked in the status in engine ECU and it says its MATCHED so I take it the immobiliser is ok

I think that is just the security link between the BSI and ECU, not the transponder fob signal I was talking about.the status in engine ECU and it says its MATCHED so I take it the immobiliser is ok
Like this Where the BSI sees the transponder code in the key.

This is what I'm getting, is this ok for vehicle to start or is the ECU stopped from starting?

It looks good to me.
This is lexia for the immobiliser on a working C3 diesel like yours.

whould external temp sensor make any differance on the starting of these as that is a perminant fault within the BSI?

I had a quick look on a working 1.4 16v and the injector voltage doesn't change while the engine is running.the injector voltage does not change when monitored in diagbox,

I've got a fault, P0215 injection system relay circuit relay stuck or occasional cut-off, a couple of times that does erase but unsure if it the cause or just pops in due to low battery voltage,
I've also noticed that coolant fan high speed does not operate in active testing, unsure if this could also be related to my fault of non start,
Any help please

If this is the 'double injection relay' then the relay will stop the car from starting. Its sounds like its intermittent (from the description).'ve got a fault, P0215 injection system relay circuit relay stuck or occasional cut-off,
The relay in the engine bay fuse box (probably). worth a look?
