Hi, everyone.
I have a c3 1.4hdi 2003 which as been amazing until the power steering began to act very strangely in the last few weeks, the power steering turns off if you put the indicator on or front wash wipers on !!.
I've changed the battery for a new one
I've cleaned earthing parts, connection parts etc....
I've changed the wiper/indicator unit
I've changed wiper motor
I've reset the ecu unit using a ObdII system
The (turn the ignition on three times quickly ) sometimes work
So what's left that I've missed ????
Your help would be gratefully accepted

Hi Bigfam
I've reset the ecu unit using a ObdII system
With such a strange and unusual fault I would 'upgrade' from a generic OBD2 scan tool to the proper citroen diagnostic clone - Lexia tool

The OBD only gives a limited access to the computer systems, but the lexia clone will provide access to the fault log with the EPAS ECU and read the controls on the stalks. You need to add a laptop to lexia hardware, but its much more powerful.

A CAN bus or computer / ECU problem. Could be a wiring fault, like a short, worth checking the engine bay fuse box for water ingress or damage, and have a very good look at the BSI unit (the fuse box in the glove box) - even to the point of taking it out and inspect for burnt bits, odd smells.

Have you tried removing the fuse for the wipers?
