Hi Arfa
Problems - problems.
Car really playing up.
Starting not good but if you bring the revs up a little it smokes bad and runs lumpy.
The strange thing is if you take it a run it is ok on high revs but when you take your foot off the peddle in gear you can feel the engine running erratically.
Reset BSI and cleaned all connectors inc one at the bottom of engine.
Also the car does not heat up correctly being still cold after a couple of miles run & needing maybe 5 miles before 2 bars appear on the dash.
Any ideas before I consider cutting my losses and selling the car?
Thanks

Hi C3kirkwood

The injection is all computer controlled. To diagnose these problems with smoke and idle I would use the diagnostic tool called lexia.

You can get all the codes, delete all the temporary ones, drive around and then grab all the codes again. This will give you an idea on which parts of the system are giving errors. Then you can dig deeper and find the cause.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)
