Check underneath the accumulator - the big black metal reservoir. There is a single pipe that attaches to the central underside of it. You can't see it, but you can feel for it.
There is a clip that the pipe attaches to on its way to the underside of the accumulator. If the pipe was removed from the clip, it can easily drop off from its connection.
No turbo, new egr, found loose pipe. P0400 P1351

Thankyou so much for all your help from everyone. Amazing. Could not have done it without you. I think the last time this happened the garage had snipped the ends of like you advised as it was so short and obviously being the same piece of rubber still it was still perishing. I peeled back the fabric and wrapped electric tape round it and a cable tie on each end and sure enough the turbo problem was solved. Obviously this is just a temporary fix and I want to replace that piece of rubber tubing as it will go again. Would you guys no what to ask for to purchase a new piece and fit a fresh piece of the tubing on? Honestly guysx wouldn't hae done it without all your help. Life savers

The rubber bits don't have a part number. So I don't think Citroen will sell them without the pipe.
To be fair, the modification you have made will outlast the car. Its better than the original design.
I have also cable tied some of those connections and not had any problems with them later.

Well, unfortunately the modification I have made has not lasted very long so I'm going to try and fix it again today. Car is sound other than the seal on that perished piece of rubber, I put another cable tie on but ended up driving with no turbo pull. I know of a citroen specialist in a town near me that's been working on them since before I was a kid so I'm sure they've got something lying around I could use. Another idea from my neighbour was to heat shrink around both ends

Just incase it's of help to anyone. This is the latest fix I made to it and hits held out pretty well. I think it needs a larger tubing maybe as the plastic hosing is too big for the rubber hole. I could be wrong but I used clingfilm to seal it as both ends are split and insulation tape. After doing this however I found that I couldn't get the plastic hose into the hole so I cut some back from one end, pushed the hosing in and then wrapped insulation tape around the seal and fastened both ends with cable ties once attatched. No lag on the turbo at all. Seems to be such a naff design as all hosing clips on everywhere along the body except that piece which is underneath. I've had to do it from above by feeling from previous advice.
