2004 C3 1.4hdi.
I noticed today that the wide air pipe that should run in an L shape next to the battery isn’t there. I can only think that the last time it was in the Garage it was removed and not replaced. I haven’t noticed a problem with performance, but then I haven’t been using the at much.
I want to find a replacement but am struggling to find anything online, partly because I don’t know what it’s called, or the part number. Can anyone help, or point me towards where I can find a replacement?
Missing air hose/duct. What’s it called, does anyone know the part number?

Hi
The part missing is the air intake duct.
It is not very important (if you don't have puddles), it helps ensure the air for the engine is cooler (from the front of the car) rather than from the engine bay, tnhis can help with economy.
You may find that without the duct it is more likely to take in water from deep puddles and this can be a disaster.
I will look for a part number for you, but here is a picture or two

So it looks like you may have to source two parts if buying new.
Second hand they will be attached to each other, I am quite sure as they are not particularly easy to separate and you son't need to take them apart to get it off the car.
I am still working on a part number...
