Hi,i have a C3 1.4hdi '13 plate 61,000 miles,now i've just started getting a loud buzzing noise from front left side of cylinder head,i think it's something electrical tho can't be sure,i'll try and take photo and place online. :roll:

Hi,

Does it buzz with ignition on and engine not running?

Does it only buzz with the engine running?

Does the buzzing change with engine RPM?

This looks like one of the new BMW/PSA prince engines. They come with on-demand oil and water pumps. You could have a noisy electronic waterpump?

the buzzing noise is intermitten and only operates when engine is running and idle
