Could anyone help? Every time I turn engine on there is a loud beep and SERVICE appears on the display panel accompanied by the message engine repair needed on the radio display. I know there is nothing wrong with the car as I have been using it regularly and it runs faultlessly so what is it?

The car has detected a fault with the engine. It could be emission related. But you won't know until you hook up Lexia or an OBD reader (here) to read the code and repair the fault.

The fault detected is a warning that there is a problem and these things only get worse with time.
