hi all!

So this is my issue:

Keep getting anti pollution fault shown on screen. Plug into the laptop and the only code is a glowplug circuit malfunction.

So my question is. Does this car have a DPF (or whatever citroen call them!) and where is it located.
1.4 HDI 2007

Confused as hell here as all the glow plugs are showing good and equal responses.

Thanks in advance

For a quick diagnosis/fix try a dose of DPF cleaner in the tank. If the fault clears after a tank of fuel, you have a DPF and its now clear.

Not al the OBD readers will read all the codes in the C3 system, only Lexia/Diagbox can reliably read them all.

You need to be forthcoming with the VIN (from the or the V5) you can PM it to me and I can look it up for you. Some do have DPF, some don't.

Exhaust system. You don't generally remove them unless they are very choked or damaged beyond cleaning.

No this car does not have DPF.
I really can't fathom out what would actually trip this warning on the 1.4 HDI.
If you read the post above you might see the solution to your problem.
The only part of the car that might trip the anti pollution warning might be the Cat mounted just below the turbo outlet.
This is just my guess, someone might know different.

All the times my car has shown Anti pollution Fault it has run quite normally and apart from when it refused to start usually cleared that fault without any action whatsoever by me and I never actually got it on a code reader with that fault still showing on the display.
