I already done all steps, and the air filter box can not get out. I have citroen documentation from 2010 and says exactly as you and the box should come out. I have older model but the engine is the same like on the picture, and I have the same problem. there is missing 1,5 cm to get out the box, see on picture 3. Only logical solution for me is to remove the cover mark with yellow on picture No.4. I do not see any logic to do that just to remove air filter box.
Please if you have any idea or solution or experience how to do this on simplest way?
I would skip the P1351 unless you are experiencing problems directly related to the pre and post heaters, which is uncommon.

You will end up changing the relay and the 4 glow plugs but one of the glow plugs will snap off in the head and you will curse the idea of changing the glow plugs ;)

I personally wouldn't bother. it is more hassle than it is worth.

The engine doesn't have the pre-heater relay. That is located behind the bumper and under the headlight and not shown in your picture.

Did you check for supply to the glow plugs before changing them?

You should change pre-heaters and relay at the same time because either has the power to damage the other,

and yes, I did not check for supply because there was 2 of them already defect. So, I was guessing that will fix the P1351 error. Next thing what I am going to check is the fuse and after that the relay.
thank you again for the pictures, now is clear to me where is located fuse and relay.

Hi again,
finally dismounted the bumper and head light and I find the pre-heater relay.
But the situation on my c3 is different. Look on the pictures. There is not hidden fuse box, there is some device and I do not know what for is it. The relay is there but I do not know how to check it.
Can somebody tell me where is the fuse for the pre-heater relay and how to check the relay.
