Hi, I have a 2004 HDI and my ECU has failed. It has been sent away for rebuild but is not repairable. I need a new/replacement unit to transfer my code onto but having real difficulty in finding the correct part. I need a Delphi unit 9654305580, been to dealers but not much success can anyone help? The car is in good condition and has only done 50000 so I don't want to scrap if possible

Hi bythecmc

The delphi units are a little bit rare but not impossible to find.

Look for any of the BSI KEY and ECU sets from the 16v 1.4 HDi C3 from 2002 to 2005 any they will do the job. Its may be cheaper to do the whole swap (BSI ECU and KEYS) than transfer the code over, but I guess it depends on what programming tools you have to hand.

Have a look for Delphi unit 9654305580 here

and the full kits sometimes appear here (this link) but it can take a good bit of looking around.

How about this one https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Citroen-c3-1- ... hi-8hy-ecu... - its only the engine ecu and they are not much good on their own but if you can transfer the immo code across then this one is for you.
