The black rubber injector loom is rubber and has a degree of flexibility, you can try levering it up slightly. But if not, remove the black fuel filter carrier after removing the filter?

Hi Arfur thank you for the information.I will try again to get a little clearance by moving the mat a little.I only need to get a few more mm.
