has a creaking noise when changing gear

Another question regarding C3's

Over the last few weeks It's developed a creaking noise when changing gear.

It's like a creaky old door sort of noise, if that makes any sense

It's not there from the off, seems to take 10-20 minutes of driving before it starts

Anyone else experienced this issue ? Any hints, tips, advise would be great

Its not one I am aware of. Things that happen after a run can be due to heating up through the exhaust, engine or friction.

Is it due to the clutch pedal activation or the operation of the gear stick? You can try these to help narrow down the problem.

The sensodrives can creak, but not usual for the manuals.
