Gas Pedal Stop Working After a While

Hi, dear forum members.
We have Citroen C3 2004 1.4 Diesel 8V mode car, buyrd 6 months ago.
After buyed, we issued motor check engine (red light) and then connected computer and see these fault codes;
P1351
P3008
P0223
P0228

Then, gas pedal stop working after a while when driving. During that issue, engine still works, driving in idling mode very slowly but pressing to gas pedal not functioning, no acceleration possible.
Then, park a suitable location, stop engine. Waiting 3-5 minutes then again start engine and gas pedal starts working again. After driving a while again, unexpected time intervals gas pedals stops working its function.

To solve this issue, we try to change some parts, eg CPU (Brain card), Gas Pedal, airflow debimeter.
Problem not solved...
Lastly, we changed fuel filter and gas pedal stops working and this time not working anyways...

Cant solve this issue, not related CPU (changed iy and still cause same issue)

Any idea about this issue? Experienced same issue? Help please...
