engine bay foam cover missing

It seems the local marten has torn a foam cover in the engine bay to pieces

Anyone know what it's called, what it's for and how to get a replacement (other than asking the dealer)?

update: dealer is asking 66€ (£55)

I found the foam part a little cheaper (not cheap mind you). Installation is simple. There is just one plastic clip which is locked in place by a Torx 15 head screw, which is a little akward to reach.
Not sure if this part is really necessary. I thought I could hear the turbo wining without it but that may just be my imagination. Is that the turbo underneath that cover?

No,

I think you will find the turbo under a metal cover at the front of the engine.

It is connected to the exhaust manifold and the air intake pipe.
