Hi

Does your C3 have a FAP/DPF?
If so read this topic

if not, get a OBS2 reader and see what codes are stored for that message. Then you can further investigate.

In a petrol C3 there is only the catalytic converter or O2 sensor that could potentially cause a de-pollution fault but on a diesel there are a lot more that could cause problems.
So, investing in an OBDII scanner could save a lot of mucking around and guessing.
