There is no air bleed on the C3 diesels for the fuel.

I assume AgilePeanut was referring to the water drain point (the one you drain off the water from the fuel at each oil change) as this is the only thing that looks or even behaves as a bleed point.

On your 8V engine its the bottom side of the filter, on the 16V engine its on the top of the filter and drains to a pipe attached to the filter (could be missing).
Drain water from fuel filter at every oil change to ensure water does not damage the injectors.

If you prime the filter with fuel before fitting it then you can spend less time using the priming pump.
