Managed to get a thermostat today from the local breakers, came from a 8 valve, but as far as I can see they are the same as on the 16v. Hopefully fit in weekend and get right temp on engine.
Orderded another lexia kit, win 7 application this time, hopefully get that working on weekend as well.

Yes, the part numbers are the same for 8v and 16v 1.4 thermostats before 2009.

Good luck with your lexia :)

Now also have new diagbox diagnostic kit, when connected to the car it requires RPO Code? Looking at other posts the RPO code is 5 numbers on that door plate, do I just enter those in to Lexia?

Yes, its to identify the age of the car to an exact day. RPO location on the C3

This sounds promising, lexia software installed and the car talking to the box :D

Hi Arfur Dent,
the code I have on the dorr is 09325CA. So is it 9325 I enter in to the RPO box in Lexia? Or do I have to do some Calculator thing first to get RPO?
Thanks Ian

Have replaced thermostat and three lights are now coming on, not steady always on but most of the time, so thats some improvement.

Having problems with Daigbox, when I conect to my C3 diagbox offers choice between Lexia and Scantool, I thought diagbox itself offers diagnostics like Global test etc, seems that it just directs you to Lexia, anyway when Lexia comes up I get the message it can not work while other application is open (diagbox), when Lexia opens there doesnt seem to be an option for testing for faults? Any of this make sense to those using Diagbos/Lexia?

Thanks Ian

This may help, skip through the first part if you already have lexia installed.

Finally got Lexia to work on my car. Did it once so hopefully can get it again.
I managed to do the fault diagnosis and I got that injector 2 was problem, which confirms what the guy I got the car from said, and also my leak off test showed 2 leaking of more than other injectors.
In relatiuon to that injector Lexia also said something about throttle not re setting? Anybody know what that may be about?
Thanks Ian
