Soooo, another question...
Anyone out there with a C3 ever put in a K&N induction kit / cold flow intake, or anything simple like that just to give the car a lil more bite?
I am on a 2007 1.4 Diesel 16V.
So just if anyone has put one in, how much was it? and also did you notice any effect with it?
Thanks in advance.
Mike

I have not done the mods you mention, but the 16v has a big intercooler on it already and a variable vane computer controlled turbo, I doubt you will get much from making the air easier to flow because the computer will just adjust itself to compensate your mods.
martinbingo asked about remapping in this post, https://citroenc3owners.com/diesel-citro ... -t412.html on an 8v and he suggested,
I think only a remap can force the computer to behave outside of its pre-programmed parameters

But I don't know about the 16v version.martinbingo wrote:dynachip seem to think a mild remap will give +28bhp or max remap 42bhp, i would always go for the 28bhp because going for max can mean warping of exhaust manifold plus an extra 28bhp would be more than enough
