If your warning is low oil pressure, then it may be a problem with the oil pressure and not the level.
Low oil level is a different warning and this displays before the engine starts.
You may have a worn out engine or a worn out oil pump.
Did it have a a proper oil and filter service over it's life?
Or was sub-standard oil used (the HDI takes a specific high quality grade) or
oil changed missed or extended?

Hi thanks for that, yes, regular oil and filter changes, oil quality might be my problem, will do an oil and filter change with a better quality oil

May be the oil sump screen pick up, or even the small diafram in there, very common on many cars, other than that as mentioned already oil pump, also oil, could be the viscosity of the oil. Oil pressure usually is leak or lack/starvation
Get it checked, even if after you first start the car and it goes away after switching off and on again, check it a diagnosis is cheaper than a big repair.
