I am working on a Citreon C3 2003 1.6HDI, It won't start and the error code reads P1207.
I have tried the fuel rail switch and crank shaft sensor.
Can anyone tell me what this code means?
Thanks
Bill

Diesel high pressure regulation circuit rail pressure coherence when starting.
Which when translated into a useful message means
You idiot you forgot to prime the fuel pump using the hand pump above the air filter housing.
High mileage diesel C3 can suffer from non starting due to worn injectors (leak off test to prove) because the high leakoff lowers the common rail pressure to below the starting enabled threshold.

We have tried that & it was not successful.
If you have any other ideas please let me know?
Could it be pressure regulator valve in fuel pump?
We do know the injectors are not switching.
Thanks

How about a blocked fuel filter, can you get any live data regarding the fuel pressure measured?Bill wrote:If you have any other ideas please let me know?
The lexia clone does this sort of reading on the diesel C3s.
P1207 also comes up on the forum asBill wrote:Could it be pressure regulator valve in fuel pump?
