2002 1.4HDI 8V Oil pressure switch/sensor location

Hiya Everyone,

Great forum, been reading many articles on here regarding my C3 which Ive recently purchased at beginning of January, already had a tinker changed faulty central locking and serviced it thanks to these forums, next on my "todo" list is the oil pressure beep/light comes on intermittently when cornering or hardish braking, I fully serviced it a few days ago and its still happening so the next port of call is to change the oil pressure switch, Im no mechanic but an avid reader of forums an watcher of youtube vids to help me tackle a job, but I cannot seem to find any info on the location of said item, so if anyone could be kind enough to point me in the right direction I would be grateful

haynes says it at the front of the engine block, next to the dip stick tube.

We don't currently have any pictures of the oil pressure sensor (on or off the car). You are welcome to add some of your own if you can find it

thanks for the reply Ive had a quick look under the bonnet and cannot see it so it must be low down, looks like a car jack job, will try and get some pics if I manage to do it
