Hi this is my first post I have a 02 c3 1.4 16valve hdi it’s covered 159 thousand.. now the problem started last year with loss of power, engine management light coming on and getting hard to start until it completely failed. I thought I’d sorted this issue by replacing the fuel pump and injectors with new because the car was as good as new until recently where I have exactly the same problems and now refusing to start again. it’s been running perfectly for 6 months now. I’ve plugged it in with Lexia and this is what I have coming up
I’ve replaced the high pressure sensor as I had a new one kicking around and still nothing can someone please help as I’m losing hope with the thing fast ??? Thanks for your time-

Welcome to the forum
When you said you fitted new injectors, were they brand new and sealed? Or second hand or reconditioned?
What does F5 key give you when in lexia on the screens you attached (the flowchart)?
See how to attach photos to see how to fix the rotation problem with photos.

That's a shame, that doesn't look like a normal lexia message '1??D'.Niknak1990 wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2019 5:01 pm Hi they are reconditioned parts fitted this is what I get with f5 if I click on that there’s no other information
Why can't your pictures go on the right way around?
P1207 is usually 'Fuel pressure regulation electrovalve Short circuit to negative' for a 16v HDi so maybe your lexia is corrupt, can you try it on a different one?
Anyway, Fuel pressure regulation electrovalve Short circuit to negative, sounds like 'Diesel high pressure regulation circuit Rail pressure coherence'
Have a look at the wiring to the Fuel pressure regulation electrovalve and the valve itself.
You fitted a second hand fuel pump, so you have a spare Fuel pressure regulation electrovalve on the old pump, or even refit the old pump back on to see if the fault is cleared.
