Finally I managed to clear the faults with Lexia :-)

I actually have the Sedre software but you inspired me to use it, I don't know why I didn't think of it before ...

I traced the wires from the AIT and the MAP back to the plug at the ECU .

AIT: There was a broken wire in the plug, fault cleared in Lexia after the fix.

MAP: I switched back to the old MAP sensor, fault cleared in Lexia after the fix.

So the new MAP sensor must have been faulty from new.

It was very kind of you to help me solve the problems, thank you.
