Hi guys i have a serious problem,sometimes my c3 (2003) that is 1.4hdi,shows up a check engine light on the board and the car wont go up more than 3k rpm until the light goes off and sometimes im waiting for a lot of time,help me i changed the air filter,fuel filter and a lot of stuff but it keeps showing...

You have an intermittent engine fault.
You can't cure this by changing filters, or lots of stuff that isn't related to the fault.
You need to see what fault is bringing up the warning light and the tool to do that is Lexia tool (info here).
The lexia tool will give you the code and it's meaning, use this to diagnose the fault and you can then at least look into the right part of the engine that needs attention.
