Hello

Which part are you particularly interested in?

The vacuum pump

The Brake servo

The EGR valve, or its solenoid

The Turbo valve or its solenoid

The Vacuum accumulator/distributor block?

Number 3 on the diagram above.

One side is fed from the vacuum pump (the supply pipe (no.5) attaches to the underside of the accumulator (no.3))

The two outputs feed the turbo solenoid (no.1) and the EGR solenoid (also no.1).

If the pipe (no.5) is not in its clip properly and the rubber end of the pipe is split or worn out, the pipe (no.5) can just fall off the accumulator (no.3) and you loose turbo boost.

I don't know, it doesn't look like anything I have seen on a 1.4 HDi 16v from 2003.

Your picture looks more like something from a VW?

It is behind the engine, below the horizontal EGR pipe.

You need to remove the air filter box to access it

Citroen C3 1.4 16v HDi Air filter box removed.
Citroen C3 1.4 16v HDi Air filter box removed.

then find it with pipes attached between the engine and the firewall.
