hi guys
i'm back and still stuck where i started but seems to have got 1 step forward.
i decided to connect the lexia yesterday after the last time i wrote here and seemed to cleared the last set of faults.
i've cranked it over a few times and unlike before i don't seem to be getting and more errors but still not starting.
i have managed to get the following screen shots from the lexi and was hoping someone could help.
many thanks and any help appreciated.
imdady
p.s if anyone needs any more readings/screenshots please let me know.

What fuel pressure measured do you get while cranking?

Hi and thanks for your reply.
i'm getting 88 under normal cranking but can go upto 160 when i spray some fuel e.g wd40 or carb cleaner into the turbo and almost turns over for a few seconds.
I also noticed that when i get it turning over with the fuel in the turbo i get the following errors.
once i clear the faults and crank normally the faults don't seem reappear.

Looks like a faulty injector, causing low pressure which inhibits starting.imdady wrote:Hi and thanks for your reply.

Check for leaking injectors by performing a leak off test.

Hi thanks again.
I've just ordered the Fuel flow meter from ebay but i am having problem trying to remove injector 4(cam end). i have seen a pulley set in ebay which includes the M14 size nut but was wondering whether it will fit as it only mentions bosch/lucus.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Professional- ... 1302909254.
My other options is to buy this one.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/14PC-INJECTIO ... 1389078467.
Unless anyone knows of a cheaper alternative specific to the delphi.
I am also waiting for replies for price and availability for the injectors.
many thanks
imdady.

You don't need to remove the injectors to do the leak off test, it won't work with the injectors removed. You may not need to even remove injector number 4 if it works ok.imdady wrote:I've just ordered the Fuel flow meter from ebay but i am having problem trying to remove injector 4(cam end).
Leakoff test is going to be fun if the car doesn't run, but you are very resourceful!

hi
Sorry what i meant is i was trying to loosen the old injector for if and when i get the replacement but there don't seem to be any around.
One guy was selling a set on ebay but has since taken them off before the end of the auction.
I seem as though i keep jumping the gun buying stuff i don't need, i am determined to get the car running but running out ideas.
