Roof Arch Door Seal - How to Replace

Ok i need to replace the roof arch door seal, please see pic attached.

Before i attempt to replace the seal was wondering if anyone can tell me how easy it is to do? or any tips or tricks in replacing or tools required?

Hello craigh. These seals usually grip to the metal edge and are fitted with a tapping action by a plastic faced hammer. The plastic face protects the rubber from damage. You could probably get the same effect by using a block of wood between the hammer and the rubber seal.
