It is a very common problem with the pluriel.
There are lots of topics about the very same subject.
Have a look through them here and you will get some ideas on where to check for leaks on the pluriel roof.

There is another area where a lot of C3's have problems and that is the windscreen to scuttle panel seal.
Pop the bonnet up and remove the pollen filter access hatch and remove the pollen filter. Look for signs of pooled water in the bottom of the plastic piece that goes into the cabin of the car. Rings or pools of dirt for instance.
Pour water down the drivers side of the wind screen and see if water runs into the air box inlet where the pollen filter normally sits. Don't cause the water to gush and over flow the scuttle panel and go DIRECTLY into the inlet! You are looking for water leaking between the seals of the glass of the windscreen and the scuttle panel. FYI the scuttle panel is the plastic bits that the windscreen wiper arms stick out of.
This might not be your problem but its some thing to try.
By "drainage" I assume you mean the drains by the front upper shock mounts?

Hi, I also have a problem with water in drivers footwell as well (both fornt footwell, on passanger side also).
I can not find solution on this site but I found where is water coming in. Front doors has plastic covers / door panel. On the bottom edge of the door panel (plastic) , water is leaking in form of water drops (when hevy rain). Bottom door sealant on the chassi can not help here as water drops coming from door panel hits top of sealing rubber and then run into footwell. I have rubber foot mats so water stay there on top of mat so no way I can miss it when it happens. I can nof figure our where water is coming from ouside to inside the door on teh edge of door panel as complete door is dry from iside (except very edge of door panel).
I will send some pictures after heavy rain (which happens often i Sweden
.
Any hints how to solve this? How to remove door panel on Pluriel? Mybe it will be more visible from where is water coming from....
