Rear elec window has failed in the fixed rear panel of the 2-door.
How do I get the interanl plastic panels off. Split the handle and unscrewed the Torx, can tease a lot of the panel off but figure it needs to be lifted over the safety belt tower.
Help please

OK, I've managed it!
Remove seat base, lift from front then slide forward.
Remove seat back, 2 bolts 15mm I think.
Probably best to remove speaker - I didn't and snapped something I needn't!
Split door handle and remove Torx screw.
The body colour panel is fixed to the grey panel and they come out together.
Then remove cowl over seat belt tower, pull panel out to 'pop' the clips and up over the seat belt tower.
Pull off the sticky polystyrene and access can be made to the window gear.
Mine had become detached through the nylon end block splitting - this resulted the the cable mincing itself in the winder.

I've bought a repair kit on eBay for £44. Comes complete with cables, springs, noddies etc.
Will fit tomorrow and hopefully post some pictures of the repair.

These are the 2 kits (one left and one right) for repair of each of the rear window mechanisms on the pluriel.
Have a look for the new parts here - on ebay. Just pick left or right to get the correct side because the differ from each other

About a year since I fixed ours.
Had already gone through a similar process with Paulas Mazda cabriolet but had to get new cable manufactured so was very pleased to find repair kits on eBay.
It was the rear left that had failed, same problem with broken end fitting. Ordered a replacement and then a day later decided to order one for the other side.
The first order was delayed for over 2 weeks and had to be resent so the "wrong" side arrived first but as it turned out there is no difference so I rebuilt left side with the right side parts.
Hardest part was fiddling about to get the tension correct.
All back together and works fine now for about a year.
Have spares for another fixit job in the garage so that guarantees that I will never again have the same problem and need to use it ( Murphys Law)
Just finished a heater blower repair tonight with once again parts from eBay.
What did we do before the Internet.

The rear regulator failed in my Pluriel, I managed to get the door card off, I got the old cables out & bits off, managed to get the bits back on the sliders including e-clips to hold the bits on, and the cables are in place, but I have no idea how to get the tension correct. Also, how exactly do the springs go on the white plastic cable bits, should they be forced into the black plastic bit that clamps to the motor part? Please help!

Hi Muriel the Pluriel
The Citroen diagram is very unclear
Can you take and attach pictures of your set-up showing the white and black plastic bit you are having trouble with?Muriel the Pluriel wrote: Also, how exactly do the springs go on the white plastic cable bits, should they be forced into the black plastic bit that clamps to the motor part? I have included some pictures of the various parts of the popular pluriel rear window repair kit found on eBay to aid identification because the colour of the original factory parts and the kits available do vary.
and there is a longer version of the short cable.
This is an image of the metal regulator carrier and the plastic parts and the cables can be see on the complete assembly.

Yep, that's the kit I bought, except both the cables on mine were the same length (long). I will have to see if I can get some pictures of it tomorrow

Ah, I can see a picture showing both the cables would be helpful, and that is one I didn't postMuriel the Pluriel wrote:Yep, that's the kit I bought, except both the cables on mine were the same length (long)

The pluriel rear window regulator repair kit:
The 2 very different length cables may indicate why you are having trouble getting 'tension' on the cables. One cable is just too long
