Damaged roof wiring repaired and now it only clicks once.

If you need help with your C3 Pluriel, that seems specific to the Pluriel (like the roof), ask here. Engine and Transmission problem must be asked in the relevant topic for the problem. The Pluriel shares the same Engine, Gearbox, Brakes and Transmission as the other C3 models (see above for the correct section).

Hy everybody,
My pluriel had bad wires on left side trunk hood. I connected everything in order, but now roof isn't working. When I start opening of the roof, it's only click once. Reset (30sec of roof switch isn't reacting).

Hi

If the wires had shorted out, you could have damaged the roof ECU - they burn up and get melted sometimes.

If I change it with another from used market, do I need to pair it or it's simple plug&play?

They don't need pairing, but the design changed in 2006 so make sure the one you get is compatible with the car you have :D

Hello

When you remove your ECU to check the part number etc, see if you can open it to check for anything obvious that looks wrong.

You need to be sure your wiring is 100% perfect before fitting any replacement parts because you can damage the replacement ECU too.
