Citroen Pluriel Windschott -air deflector mounting instructions

If you need help with your C3 Pluriel, that seems specific to the Pluriel (like the roof), ask here. Engine and Transmission problem must be asked in the relevant topic for the problem. The Pluriel shares the same Engine, Gearbox, Brakes and Transmission as the other C3 models (see above for the correct section).

I have just received a Pluriel Windschott (aka air deflector), from a supplier in France. The deflector mounts on brackets inserted into the top of the seatbelt posts. Instructions are nothing more than poor quality photos, which suggests that the metal in the top of the rear belt post must be recessed. Can anyone confirm the bracket mounting? Thanks

I have worked out the rear seat air deflector mounting brackets. The brackets supplied with the kit did not fit my Pluriel exactly, and I had to modify them slightly with my Dremel tool. The brackets fit inside the top of the seat belt mounting posts. You have to removed the plastic top covers and install the bracket over the metal post fold and put the post into the drain hole at the bottom of the top metal piece. A picture is worth a thousand words, so I gave attached a photo of each side. Because I had to cut the bracket slightly to get it to fit my car, I decided to Sikafkex (227) it in place as added holding power. It's curing now, and the bracket ends are in alignment left and right, so the deflector should fit perfectly now.
More photos to come so, but for now look at the two I have attached.

I have just about finished the Air Deflector installation. Here are some progress photos. I am also including a link to the company in France who sells these air deflector kits.

https://www.comptoirducabriolet.com/en/ ... lural.html

I found them very helpful to deal with, and there was no issues with shipping it all the way to Australia (arrived in about ten days, shipping was about 60 euro.
I see they have more of these units in stock, if anyone is interested.

The attached photos show the final install of the brackets on the seat belt towers. A little cutting of the plastic is required, and I recommend a Dremel tool for this job, and if you need to trim the bracket hook to fit over the metal fold in the body tower there, it would be useful. I test fitted the air deflector screen, and it lined up perfectly, photo attached. The last thing I need to do is attach the back seat area cover to the rear of the back seat.
Hope this helps others.

Finished installing the rear seat cover portion of the air deflector. Photos attached.
I will remove it now and put it back on for summer, when I remove the hardtop and arches.
