Hi,

Does anyone have experience of, or thoughts on converting the factory lights to Xenon? Numerous kits seem to be available at reasonable prices, for example:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HID-H7-XENON-CONVERSION-KIT-CITROEN-C4-GRANDE-PICASSO-C3-PLURIEL-CROSSER/172400685655?
(Search ebay for "XENON CONVERSION KIT CITROEN C3 PLURIEL" if that link expires)

Hi Steve. Its not a pluriel specific thing, just a H7 HID xenon, you can get H1 HID versions too.

You need the ballast and the lamp but your problem will be meeting the rules for having these on the car. I think you will find that you need to have a headlamp cleaning system fitted. Not sure if the MOT man will pick this up but I know the MOT rules are getting more strict.

Interestingly Xenon HID is old technology which has given way to LED ( H7 LEDs on ebay but I wouldn't mix LED and conventional lamps in the same assembly because the hot lamps can affect the cool LEDs. All or nothing
