New c3 under 900 miles on clock. Suddenly today, the car won't engage in 5th or reverse - it feels like there is something blocking the movement. Fortunately I managed to get home after the school run, citroen assist will not help as the car is driveable - not sure how as unable to reverse or go into 5th. My local dealership won't see us for a week. Anyone else had a similar problem? Any suggestions?

Park it nose into a wall, facing down hill.
Then call Citroen Assist and say you can't drive it

It needs to go in for repair, maybe a Friday afternoon or a Monday morning car?
The dealership you purchased it from should take responsibility and should provide you with something to drive while your is not. Maybe ask them to pay for the hire car up to the point they can take it in?

I would suggest getting in touch with Citroen Assist again. The car may be driveable if you can't use 5th gear, but I would suggest inability to engage reverse would make it undriveable. If it happened to me no, not only would I not be able to get the car off my drive, but my daughter's car and our C4GP would be stuck as well.
