Hi all,
I've got an 08 1.4 c3, problems with the dash electrics. All the warning lights are coming on, everthing from the pollen filter to the airbags etc. the warning lights even stay on for a while when the keys not in the ignition.
I took it for a diagnostic check and nothing came back conclusive, having seen a few things on the net it looks like it could be the BSI unit, the only thing is , is to get one and coded to my car costs a small arm and a leg, I wouldnt mind but after spending that if the car would be guaranteed to work but thats not the case. If that doesnt work then it might be the cluster, Anyone know where I could take it or any other ideas what it could be,
Many thanks

Getting your BSI tested and repaired (if it fails the testing) is a better option as you don't usually need to recode a repaired BSI

BBA reman, can do that sort of testing and repair.

They can also test and repair the dash cluster too.

BBA reman 01634 687222, and they crop up on ebay sometimes too: BBA Reman on eBay

BSI reprogramming (recoding to the car) needs the 'confidential code card' and a Lexia reader-programmer to communicate with the car.

This fault is going to be a pain to sort out, could be either of the 2 that you have mentioned or some silly wiring problem where some water has got into a plug/socket or something just as tricky to locate.

Good Luck - Please do keep us updated, it will be good to see how this one turns out.
