now it's moving good but when I pull it the wipers not working and the water pump not working all others function is fine including rear wiper and water pump is there anything i can do to fix it or I should change the pillar??

hmm the problem is the pillar used for wiper was a little sticky so I spray it with w40 
now it's moving good but when I pull it the wipers not working and the water pump not working all others function is fine including rear wiper and water pump is there anything i can do to fix it or I should change the pillar??

Do you meant the stalk? It is part of the COM2000, often called the 'stalks under the steering wheel'
Yes, if they are broken, you can sometimes get parts or replace the complete unit after finding one that matches yours.
remove the steering wheel (instructions) to remove and replace the COM2000.

There are no electrical contacts in the stalk (pillar) of the Mk1 COM2000.
All of the contacts are on the PCB inside the the unit.
WD40 would not harm.

update.... it's working again by it self I didn't do anything for it but it's need more lillte power when I pull it
