Hi, noob here, with an odd issue.
My wife went to AvailableCar and found what was advertised as a C3 Selection HDi 100. However, having been happy with the test drive & paying a deposit the V5 says it's a VTR+ BlueHDI 75. This of course is a problem when trying to insure it.
Can anyone properly tell me from the VIN what version this car is - already done the rounds of the websites chasing this.
I'll not post the VIN here in it's entireity, if anyone can help I will PM it. the engine code appears to be FW6 and the engine number itself is JBHA3069107. Alternatively, what to look for under the bonnet to determine if it's a 75 or 100 model engine?
TIA,
Paul aka Paraffinhead
Which version is this 'VTR+ BlueHDI 75'?

Thanks! My wife is getting very wound up about this. As it happens there are a couple of other clues - it has a panoramic glass sunroof and 17" alloys with low profile tyres, this I think indicates Selection trim level.

It comes back as a 1600cc 75PS FAP/DPF (DV6FE) 'Blue HDi' 8 valve, which is an unusual combination.
So, its not a HDi100.
