Hi C3 Owners!
Tonight I changed my stock headlight bulbs for brighter Osram Nightbreakers.
What a giant pain in the backside! Next time I'm paying somebody else to do the job.

My question is though, what aftermarket headlights will fit my C3 and are they better designed?

The lamps change is not so bad if you look at the pictures in the topic and it gives you a tip to ensure the cover is correctly fitted to stop the headlights filling with water.

There are not many aftermarket headlight units for the early C3, but here is an example of a pair on ebay, but I can't see how the lamps fit in it.

They're expensive! I'll be fitting a good condition light to replace my current foggy one soon but wish I could afford a new set of aftermarket. Thanks for the advice

Hi hammond1988

If yours is foggy on the inside due to water ingress, they can be dried out and the rear cover fitted correctly to stop it happening again.

If its foggy on the outside, a cheaper and probably just as time consuming option would be the Meguiars Headlamp Restoration Kit from EuroCarParts.

I found a nice little C3 with 1 foggy headlight and 1 perfect headlight. Lucky for me it was the opposite way around to my car and being broken for parts. I paid £15 for the headlight unit in full. However removing it was aa nightmare!
