I have a 15 plate C3 Picasso Exec. The trip computer has always stayed displayed in whichever of the 3 screens I choose. Today it decided to display just date and time unless I press the button on the top of the stalk and then it displays the trip screen and I can select which of the 3 I want but after 20 or so seconds it reverts to the date/time only. How do I get it back?

The manual mentions setting the default 'permanent application' as 'trip computer, audio source ...'

You can try setting the permanent application as trip computer and see if that helps?

From the audio equipment control panel, you can:

press the "MENU" button for access to the main menu,

press the "5" or "6" buttons to scroll through the items on the screen,

press the "MODE" button to change the permanent application (trip computer, audio source...),

press the "7" or "8" buttons to change a setting value,

press the "OK" button to confirm, or

press the "Back" button to abandon the operation in progress.

Thanks C3car- all sorted. just needed the mode button pressed which it does say in the manual if you can understand the term "permanent application"
